I would like seeing your emails once a week. Them coming from you already let's me know they will be interesting! I love hearing about your adventures with your daughter...and the new pup. I would like to know more about the trees, history of NH forests. There is a stand of virgin pine still in NH correct? I bet the history of the different forests is interesting...did we ever have Elm...is there a new Elm they are growing... Also, the history of NH ponds is so fascinating. I have visited a couple myself...whole histories behind them! I am still looking forward to hearing about more rocks... Anyway, about once a week is all the time I have, but I would subscribe...The coffee donations are fun too, so keep those!
I wrote a story a while ago about the oldest oak tree in NH being torn down, I'll look around for that one for you, it was a favorite of mine. Have you ever been out to the state nursery near Concord, they have a whole pine cone greenhouse out there, it's really something! From the feedback I'm getting, it seems we'll stick to one or two freebies a week and leave the option to Buy Me a Coffee in case anyone wants to keep me jittery! Then in February, we'll introduce some kind of cheap-o subscription option with maybe art from Little Bean or discounts on upcoming books, something like that. I'm just happy there are so many people here at all interested in my little scribblings, so thank you!
Personal stories are wonderful. Libraries are a passion of mine. Poetry and fiction would be welcome. Paid or free I would prefer to read no more than 3 a week ... I am suffering a financial low point and would appreciate a very sliding scale. Let's see -- I think that is it.
Thank you thank you! I hope I can give you a tour on my Auburn library someday! From the responses it looks like we'll go with one or two freebies a week and leave a Buy Me A Coffee option for when folks would like to keep me jittery! In Feb. we'll introduce some kind of subscription level, maybe some personalized work or art from Little Bean or discounts on new books. We already have hundreds of subscribers so that's neat, I didn't really know when I started this what the interest would be! And don't worry, personal stories and sort of all I know how to tell. Thanks for being there!
