Tom Rush is one of the pioneers of the Folk scene in Cambridge, MA, before James Taylor/ Joni Mitchell, etc. starting performing their own music. The Circle Game was popular, my favorite album is Merrimac County.
A fun fact: He was my cousins roommate at Harvard for a year or two back in the 60s, and my mother used to bring lots of food to sustain them in their academic and athletic pursuits. :)
