Made me think: I worked p/t at the State Forest Nursery in Boscawen for 14 years after working 30 for NHDOT. This was the first summer I haven't worked since I was 15. To feel productive is key...I felt less productive this summer. There was a lot of weeding at the nursery. Even if I only finished one 400ft. row a day...I felt productive. Silly maybe but that's how I felt.
