Happy September friends! A quick, but exciting note today for two reasons.
First, to let you know that tomorrow (Monday) and Tuesday we’re going to be presenting a very special two-part series in conjunction with Manchester Ink Link.
Ten years ago, I visited my grandmother’s old home to discover that a bird house maker now lived there. A couple months ago we returned with my family in tow. I think you’ll be touched by what happened - it’s a story about a return to your ancestral roots and reclaiming a neighborhood. 2014 begins tomorrow. 2024 drops Tuesday.
But today, exclusively for this community, we have a Cover Reveal of the upcoming new book, Hiking Fire Towers New York: A Guide to the State’s Best Lookout Tower Hikes.
Goodness, this was a long and complicated road, but we’re nearly there. The publisher tells me it will be a spring 2025 release and when I’m able I’ll post links both to them and to my own bookstore I’ll let you know as I have copies I’ll be able to sell as well.
I’m very proud of how this is turning out and eager for you all get your hands on one! Please do pass around the word or share this link, or even copy the cover to get the word out. If you’re interested in a signed copy, just let me know.
Anyway, that’s it for today. Thanks again for reading. Please tell your friends and family and help me get new subscribers. And stay tuned for a very special next couple days.
On we go!
It looks wonderful!!!!! I've missed you for a while. Family crises (yes, plural) I'll be back! (Though I should say, in the book world, the third in Mary Mankin [daughter] and my Rev and Rye mystery series, "Death in Disguise" released from Brain Mill Press Aug 20.That's not a crisis, just a busyness)
