Because she’s who she is, going backstage to meet the boys of Thunderstruck was just all part of the rock n’ roll experience.
And though it had been a year since we saw them last, I’d kept in touch with bass player Chris Jones and to all their very great credit, the guys treated her like the little rock and roll queen she is.
“What’s your favorite AC/DC song,” lead singer Bobby Lee Stamper asks Little Bean.
“Thunderstruck!” she says to the delight of Thunderstruck. “Oh, and Whole Lot of Rosie too.”
The boys all bust out laughing. They’d play both those songs in their two hour set.
Today, something special for you all because today is a special day - it’s Little Bean’s birthday. So we wanted to give you all a little present, and you’ll be the first to have access to our video vlog we made of the show.
We’re not pros at this so it’s mainly a small slide show and audio treat. We set up our YouTube channel as a way to keep track specifically of our music adventures.
But while the family goes out to celebrate the kid-o’s big day with unlimited sushi and boba, sit back and give a listen to our favorite AC/DC Tribute Band, and one that appears to genuinely appreciate little fans like my daughter.
So, enjoy, and join me in wishing my co-writer a magnificent tenth birthday. My goodness, but how far we’ve come. Keep rocking friends, we’ll see ya tomorrow on New Year’s Eve! Here’s the video!
Very cool and Happy Birthday!!
